“My husband and I are coming up on our 1 year lease renewal. The staff is what originally attracted me to the apartments. They were welcoming, they truly care, and all over they are willing to do whatever they can to help. CONS While the apartments are beautiful, when we moved in we were in love with it,but the more we looked the more there were flaws. The foundation moves constantly leaving us with cracks in the walls, doors not opening and shutting correctly, and therefore weather stripping is inconsistent.When they fixed the apartment before we moved in there were discolorations in the walls, trim damaged, laminate on the counters and floors peeling, and nails and screws in the carpet that were just left. All of our problems and concerns they have taken care of and made sure it was done quickly and correctly. The area seems safe but within our last 6 months living there there has been 2 shootings and a murder, none of which were inside of the apartment complex, but were at the apartment complexes across the street which for us was worrisome and a huge factor into whether or not we were going to stay. PROS I cannot stress enough how amazing the apartment management is. They take their time to understand any situation and get to know you on a professional, yet personal level. They are very good about keeping everyone informed about what is going on in the community as well as with anything going on with the complex itself. The maintenance are all very sweet. They get things done correctly the first time and make sure to answer any questions as best as they can. The upkeep of the apartment grounds are consistent,well kept. There are tons of kids around the complex and it is a great place to have a family, yet I have never had problems with noise and I have 5 families around me all with multiple kids. Needless to say, we have been pleased with them from the very start, and we will be staying here hopefully for a long time. We have amazing management, wonderful and quiet neighbors, and a beautiful and peaceful complex! I have and will continue to recommend my apartment complex.”
